OVERVIEW

Pianist Thomas Kelly makes his second appearance of the festival alongside the internationally recognised percussionist, Beibei Wang, who brings characteristic flair and dynamism to her performances, specialising in repertoire as diverse as contemporary classical to free improvisation with equal elegance. Three new works make up this programme to be premiered by the duo; all have been written during the two weeks of JAM on the Marsh, as part of JAM’s Composers’ Residency, each piece inspired by the unique landscape and atmosphere of Romney Marsh.

This event is kindly supported by the Hinrichsen Foundation and the VW Foundation.
